Retiring midfielder Thiago Motta hopes to one day coach Paris Saint-Germain s first team as he looks to a future in the dugout.

The former Barcelona and Inter star will play at the Parc des Princes for the last time on Saturday when PSG host Rennes, before the 35-year-old steps into a role with the club s youth team.

But Motta has loftier ambitions as a head coach and is already planning a route to the top at the Ligue 1 champions.

I think it s easier [to start in the youth system], because I m new as a coach, he told L Equipe. I want to give them something. They too will give me a lot.

Morocco v Central African Republic: Hosts out to put Bellarabi blow behind them

Morocco will hope to put their latest selection blow behind them when they host Central African Republic in a friendly on Thursday.

Head coach Badou Zaki has named a strong squad for this week s clash as Morocco continue preparations ahead of their hosting of next year s Africa Cup of Nations.

However, one player he will be without is Bayer Leverkusen winger Karim Bellarabi who has instead accepted a call-up from world champions Germany for their Euro 2016 qualification double-header against Poland and the Republic of Ireland.

In-form Bellarabi, who has scored three goals in seven Bundesliga appearances for Leverkusen this season, would have provided Zaki with an injection of quality prior to their home Cup of Nations campaign.

However, the 24-year-old ha…

Hazard excited by Conte philosophy

Eden Hazard is excited by Chelsea s change in approach under new head coach Antonio Conte.

Belgian winger Hazard was voted PFA Player of the Year as Chelsea won the Premier League title in 2014-15, but his form dramatically dipped in their woeful championship defence last term as he failed to net a top-flight goal until April.

Former Italy boss Conte has since been appointed as the permanent successor to Jose Mourinho, removed last December and replaced on an interim basis by Guus Hiddink.

Hazard is enjoying getting to grips with the philosophy of the new boss and is relishing a fresh start this season.

It s a new season, a fresh start, a new manager and a couple of new players, he told Chelsea s official website.

Burnley 2 Liverpool 0: Vokes and Gray bring Klopp´s side back to earth

Sam Vokes and Andre Gray scored their first Premier League goals as Burnley stunned Liverpool with a superb 2-0 victory at Turf Moor.

Playing on the road again as a result of renovation work at Anfield, Jurgen Klopp s men were unable to recapture the inspired form that secured a 4-3 win over Arsenal on the opening weekend.

Unfortunately for their manager, the defensive frailties displayed at Emirates Stadium were quickly evident once more as Wales international Vokes emphatically opened the scoring in the second minute.

Vokes was finding his feet following a serious knee injury during Burnley s 2014-15 foray into the top flight and failed to find the net in 15 appearances, but his partnership with the more prolific Gray holds plenty of promise this time around.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp says his club could never compete with those clubs in terms of spending.

Whoever we buy, there is no guarantee we would be ahead of Manchester City they can strike back buy two or three
